1) Is your showroom open?
No. Our showroom has been closed since March 17th when the shelter-in-place went into effect.
We will schedule appointments if you would like to visit our showroom.
2) Are you available?
Yes, we are available via phone (650)583-2393 and email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are now scheduling in-home estimates, chimney cleanings, dryer-vent cleanings, repair services, installations and final inspections.
3) Can I schedule an estimate for a fireplace remodel or new construction estimate?
Yes. Please email email@example.com pictures of your project.

Yes. We can accept credit cards over the phone and arrange for "no contact" pick up at our warehouse.
6) My fireplace stopped working. Can you service it?
Yes, if we installed it.
7) Can I schedule a chimney cleaning or dryer vent cleaning?
Chimney Cleaning -- Yes.
Dryer Vent Cleaning -- Yes, dryer vents are a primary source of home fires and therefore, essential to be cleaned.
8) What safety measures do you take if I need service in my home?
The safety of our employees, their families and our customers are of paramount importance to Warm Solutions. We are
taking precautionary measures that will help protect our employees, their families and our customers and aid in reducing
the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus.
For your safety and ours, our technician will wear protective eye glasses, a mask, and gloves, which will be
changed frequently to maintain cleanliness during the service. We ask that you, your children and pets be in a different
room during the service. And/or maintain a 6' distance when discussing the service of your fireplace repairs.
No cash or checks will be accepted at this time to eliminate contact. Payment for the service can be made over the
phone with a credit card.
